Should you need to return an item(s) for any reason please call 610-469-2695 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #).

We accept authorized returns:

  • Within 30 days of the shipping date
  • In unaltered undamaged original packaging
    • If an item arrives in unsellable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return
  • Must include all original hardware & be in original condition
  • A 20% restock fee will apply to all returns unless specially noted or agreed upon before the item is shipped back
    • ex. Buyer changes mind, item no longer needed by the customer, bought by mistake, incomplete or missing items
  • All returns need to have an RMA # in the box for proper and timely credit to be issued
  • Shipping costs are not subject to a refund
  • No returns can be accepted after 6 months
    • Subject to vendor conditions & limitations
  • Refunds are credited minus any fees charged by the card or payment supplier.
      • Examples -not limited too- PayPal fees, Credit Card fees,  Overdraft fee, Conversion fees & others


HMS not responsible for packages lost in return transit. Please package and secure all returns safely.

HMS reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with the stated return requirements.
