This TREMEC T5 transmission package is designed for the 87-93 Ford Mustang Foxbody’s equipped with a SBF engine and an auto transmission combination. Included in this kit is everything to correctly swap out your AOD transmission to a new Tremec T5 5-Speed manual transmission.
- NOTE: Factory automatic 79-93 Mustang’s, an underdash MalWood hydraulic clutch pedal assembly kit – HMS-MUS-79-93-AUTO is available if wanting to convert to hydraulics. You will also need the Hydraulic Throwout Bearing kit found here – HMS-78130
This complete auto to manual transmission swap package features the proven Tremec T5 5-speed transmission, which can- handle up to 300 lb-ft. of torque. TREMEC T5 5-Speed Manual Transmission
