Hanlon Motorsports requires Return Manufacturer Authorization Number (RMA) on all returns and exchanges. Otherwise, shipment will be refused or the return process will be delayed.
Your return must be postmarked within 30days from the date of delivery. No Exceptions.
You may return any unused or unaltered stocked parts for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, whichever you prefer. NO CASH REFUNDS. Unaltered means that no restoration, painting, major cleaning, or change of any kind has occurred. Must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. Custom Orders are non returnable.
All returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
Secure your merchandise in the original packaging, if available, and enclose the completed returns form. RMA Number must be noted on correspondence and on outside of package.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways) unless the product error was the fault of Hanlon Motorsports.
A credit or exchange will not be issued until Hanlon Motorsports reviews the returned merchandise.
